the PR gods sent to me
A plan lacking in strategy.

Eight brainstorm meetings,
Seven interviews,
Six conference calls,
Five briefing docs,
Four reports to file,
Three press releases,
Two media events,
And a plan lacking in strategy.

On the twelfth day of Christmas,
the PR gods sent to me
Twelve glasses of champagne,
Eleven happy journalists,
Ten joyful media calls,
Nine flowing articles,
Eight brainstorm meetings,
Seven flawless interviews,
Six tidy conference calls,
Five organized briefing docs,
Four gleeful reports to file,
Three snappy press releases,

Two song-filled media events,
And a plan brimming with strategy!

And all was peaceful throughout The Hoffman Agency’s house

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
